Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
A query entered in a search tool is sent to the outside company operating that tool. The provider processes the request and supplies its results under its own policies. Calhoun County Court Docket does not retain or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
If a visitor sends an email, the message may be kept long enough to review and answer it. It is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Data We Gather Automatically
Ordinary server and analytics logs may collect technical facts about a visit:
- Internet Protocol address
- Browser name and version
- Device type and operating system
- Pages viewed and time spent on them
- Referring website, when supplied
- Date and time of each request
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small device files used to understand traffic and site performance. Analytics tools can combine page-use data to show broad trends. Browser controls can reject cookies, though some features may then work differently.
What We Do With This Data
Collected technical data is used for limited operational purposes:
- Operating and improving page speed
- Passing a chosen query to the proper search provider
- Measuring which resources visitors use
- Finding fraud, outages, and technical errors
- Displaying advertising that supports the site
No Court-Record Data on File
Calhoun County Court Docket does not host, compile, maintain, or sell a database of court cases or personal case records. It publishes general instructions for finding public information held by the Calhoun County Circuit Clerk, the Hampton District Court clerks, and Arkansas court systems. Visitor data is not assembled into consumer reports, and this site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside businesses supply the search boxes found on content pages. A query sent through one of those boxes is handled under that provider's privacy policy, retention terms, and sharing rules. Review those terms before submitting names, case numbers, or other information because Calhoun County Court Docket cannot control the provider's systems.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to Search ARCourts, Arkansas Judiciary pages, clerk directories, court portals, legal resources, or outside search services. Once a visitor leaves this site, the destination's privacy rules control. Read them before providing personal information.
Advertising companies may use their own technology to measure activity or tailor advertisements. That processing occurs on their systems.
Who Might See Your Data
Personal information is not sold. Limited data may be available to:
- Search providers that receive a query a visitor submits
- Analytics vendors measuring traffic and performance
- Advertising networks serving ads
- Government or law-enforcement bodies acting under a valid legal demand
How We Protect Your Data
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used for information under the site's control. No internet system can promise absolute security, so protection against every unauthorized event cannot be guaranteed.
Users Under 18
The website is intended for adults and does not knowingly seek personal information from anyone younger than 18. If data from a minor is identified, a valid deletion request will be addressed.
Your Data Rights
Rights concerning private-site visitor data depend on applicable law and the nature of the information. A person may ask to see, correct, or delete personal data held by this site, or object to certain processing where the law provides that right.
The Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, Ark. Code Ann. ยงยง 25-19-101 et seq., governs public records generally. Arkansas Supreme Court Administrative Order 19 governs access to court case records. Those public-record rules do not turn this private website into a government records custodian.
